Group Home Shift Leader

Work 7 Days on followed by 7 days off!

DESCRIPTION:

• Assure residents’ health and safety while providing a home atmosphere.
• Administer medications and support residents in their home with personal care, medical needs, meals, and daily living skills.
• Implement participants’ goals according to their individual plans.
• Supervise staff on shift and assure direct care is provided.
• Provide positive community integration experiences including shopping, socialization, and money management.
• Keep accurate records and documentation of daily activities and progress for each participant/resident as required by applicable standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school education and two years of experience in related area or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Ability to effectively work with adults with developmental disabilities.
• Background check, MVR check, Driver's License with acceptable driving record, and reliable vehicle required.

DETAILS:

• Work 7 consecutive days (Wednesday to Wednesday) that include staying overnight, followed by 7 days off.
