its natural and mountain aesthetic, personalized service, and design support.

We’re seeking a Sales Associate / Design Consultant who brings enthusiasm, creativity, and
professionalism to every interaction. This role blends elevated retail with design consultation,
making it ideal for someone who loves both aesthetics and people.

What You’ll Do:
● Provide an exceptional client experience with a personalized touch
● Assist customers in selecting high-end décor, textiles, and accessories
● Offer design guidance tailored to client needs, including in-home consultations
● Keep our social media current with new product announcements
● Maintain deep product knowledge and stay current with design trends
● Collaborate with our project team on client proposals
● Ensure the store is visually engaging and reflects our brand identity
● Meet and exceed sales goals with a customer-first mindset
● Help our clients feel "happiest at home”

 
What We’re Looking For:
● A passion for interior design, architecture, or luxury retail
● Experience in home décor, furniture sales, or design consulting
● An avid social media presence and experience
● Excellent communication skills and refined customer service
● Professional, polished, and detail-oriented
● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
● Full availability, including weekends and occasional evenings (we are unable to
accommodate school scheduling)
