We're looking for a skilled Real Estate Assistant with Marketing Know-How to join our team—someone who not only understands the transaction process from contract to close but can also bring creativity to the table when it comes to marketing listings and maintaining our brand presence. This role primarily focuses on commercial real estate.
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Solid real estate experience – you know how to support agents, manage timelines, and keep files compliant
- Proficiency with CRMs and transaction management systems
- Familiar with real estate compliance and documentation
- Comfortable creating and scheduling content for social media, email campaigns, and listing marketing
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
