828 Real Estate, a boutique real estate firm nestled in downtown Boone, is looking for a creative and motivated individual to join our team.

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Hardworking: A self-starter with a strong work ethic.

• Creative: Able to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas.

• Detail-Oriented: Excellent at organization and focused on accuracy.

Position Overview:
This role combines creative marketing with office management responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a multi-faceted work environment.

• Location: In-person at our downtown Boone office.

• Availability: We are flexible! This position can be either full-time or part-time based on your skills and availability.

No degree required but a background in any of the following would be a benefit- Real Estate knowledge, Mailchimp, Canva, social media management, photography, office management.
