About the Role
We're seeking a mission-driven Pharmacist to lead our Free Pharmacy program and help build an integrated continuum of care that combines our free pharmacy, food access, Food is Medicine, and clinic services.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Pharmacy degree from an accredited college or university
- Active North Carolina Pharmacy License
- Deep knowledge of:
- Professional pharmacy principles and practices
- Federal and state pharmacy regulations
- Medication compounding and dispensing
- Disease states and pharmacology
- Exceptional supervisory and communication skills
- Ability to assess complex pharmaceutical needs
- Commitment to customer service excellence

Compensation and Benefits
- Full-Time, Salaried Exempt (40 hrs/week)
- Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 (based on experience)
