Duties
- Conduct cold calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through excellent customer service.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
- Engage in B2B sales activities, focusing on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and opportunities for business development.
- Conduct territory sales by visiting clients, presenting products, and closing deals.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand the client base.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and market trends to help refine product offerings.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred, with a strong background in lead generation and business development.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of market dynamics and industry trends will be beneficial.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00+ first year
