Lazarus Design Team is currently looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to develop effective content and search engine optimization strategies for our diverse range of clients. Your expertise in SEO, copywriting, and content optimization will be instrumental in boosting organic search rankings, driving targeted traffic, and ultimately increasing conversions for our clients.

You will have the opportunity to be creative, innovative, and work on a variety of clients with marketing campaigns for our Blogs, SEO, Newsletters, and Social Media clients.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Formulate customized SEO strategies that are tailored to our client’s specific goals, industries, and target audiences. 
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-impact keywords, phrases, and search trends.   
  • Perform on-page, off-page optimization activities
  • Write copy for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media
  • Implement on-page optimization techniques to enhance website structure, content quality, and keyword targeting
  • Ensure that content is engaging, valuable and optimized for both users and search engines
  • Convey complex ideas and messages in easily digestible manner, ensuring the audience understands the core message
  • Review and edit content meticulously to ensure grammar accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Manage multiple campaigns and adhere to deadlines, delivering high-quality content on schedule
  • Tailor your writing style and tone to suit different channels, platforms, and industries while maintaining the brand’s essence
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal teams on progress, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement

Graphic Designer

As a Designer, primary responsibilities will be helping with graphics and layouts for both marketing and web design projects and working with the team to elevate our design output. In a nutshell it looks like:


(Creative + Curious) x (Tech-Savvy + Detail-Oriented) = Designer 


You will have the opportunity to apply your creative eye to a diverse range of clients and projects. You will help achieve the objectives of our website, marketing initiatives, and design projects through the design of various elements such as logos, landing pages, website layouts, promotional materials, and ads. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the success of design projects within designated timelines. Ultimately, your contributions will contribute to the growth of our design department and enhance the overall design output of the company.

As a Designer, you will maintain a raving fan relationship with our clients by creating
beautiful designs and act as a swiss army knife to solve creative needs, support web design builds, design impactful digital visuals and maintain a high quality of product delivery.

Responsibilities: 

  • 50% Graphic Design & Website Design: Work with the Design Lead in delivering beautiful websites and graphics for the web and marketing team. Support the team in creating graphics, layouts, and visual elements for various projects. This includes creating designs for print and digital materials, such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, ads, and website assets.
  • 25% Collaboration & Client Relations: Work closely with other team members, as well as clients. This involves communicating design concepts, receiving feedback, and making revisions based on feedback.
  • 20% Project Management & Organization: You may be responsible for helping with project management and organization, such as creating timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. You will participate in kick off calls and design presentations.
  • 10% Research & Admin Work: Maintain an organized teamwork board, take thorough notes on calls, and stay up to date on design trends and industry developments. Explore new design techniques and softwares to implement.
