Jenny Collette

A licensed CPA, Jenny brings over 15 years of consulting experience holding a variety of key financial roles such as CFO, VP of Finance, and Controller within both public and private enterprises, some with international subsidiaries.

With a robust background, Jenny is uniquely qualified to work with executive management, sales, operations, accounting, and information systems in driving business intelligence that accelerates performance. A solutions-oriented and tenacious business-woman, she has been integral to advising companies in a variety of industries in sustainable long-term growth.

Jenny’s project experience includes forecasting, planning & budgeting, policies & procedures, benchmarking, vendor contract negotiation, sales, capital financing, as well as post-transaction integration. Most recently, Jenny oversaw financial operations for startup biotech from private to public, including involvement in equity raises and cash flow management, and completion of an IPO in February of 2021 resulting in a capital raise of 100 million. She also has extensive experience with software evaluation, selection and implementation, as well as systems & workflow design, hiring and training. 

Jenny holds a master’s degree in Taxation and has considerable experience in preparing individual and corporate tax returns, providing tax planning strategies, and navigating complex tax scenarios with the goal of maximizing tax savings.
