The Watauga Women in Leadership committee invites you to our first Coffee Connections of 2025 on Wednesday, March 19 at the Boone Area Chamber of Commerce from
8:00am-9:15am.

Join Watauga Women in Leadership as we come together to discuss the power of goal setting. 

Dr. Jim Street will guide us by providing a supportive space for participants to reflect on their personal and professional aspirations, exchange strategies for achieving success, and gain inspiration from other like-minded women. Whether you’re looking to set new goals or refine existing ones, this is a wonderful opportunity to network, share experiences, and foster growth. Grab your coffee, connect with fellow leaders, and leave with actionable insights to help you stay focused and motivated on your leadership journey.

Dr. Jim Street is a trained Leadership Coach who works with individuals and leads group workshops on coaching techniques. With over 100 academic courses taught on leadership theories, principles, and applications, he has built a career dedicated to providing personalized leadership education and development.

Leadership development takes work, focus, desire, pain, and resilience to get to the desired state, but it's worth it. Ridgeline Leadership is about helping individuals and organizations identify the sweet spot for them, and then finding the best way to get there.

WWIL Coffee Connections are complimentary for Boone Area Chamber members and $5/per person for non-Chamber members. Members, please make sure you are logged into your account before registering.
