Spirit of Boone

We are pleased to invite you to Spirit of Boone, the Boone Area Chamber of Commerce 74th Annual Membership Gathering on Thursday, September 21 from 6:00 to 9:00pm in the Grandview Ballroom at Appalachian State's North End Zone Facility.

Spirit of Boone is a tribute to the strong and resilient spirit that has defined our community over the years. Our celebration includes a special tribute to the recipients of the 2023 Boone Area Chamber of Commerce Community Awards. These businesses and community leaders have played a significant role in supporting the growth and prosperity of our community and will be welcomed as our honored guests for the evening.

2023 Community Award Winners

Event details: 

• Doors open at 5:30pm. Grab a refreshing drink, mingle, and get settled for an evening of celebration!

• All guests will take their seats at 6:30pm for welcome remarks followed by a delicious plated dinner prepared by the Grandview Catering team. As you enjoy your meal, we will present a video tribute that recognizes our annual award winners.

• Following dinner and the awards presentation, the celebration continues with live music by the Pressley Laton Band. Before the evening comes to a close, we will draw the winners for our Spirit of Boone-themed prize bundles. 

Tickets are $75 and include: 

• Dinner prepared by Grandview Catering.

• Live music by the Pressley Laton Band. Pressley, a two-time graduate of Appalachian State University, is joined by her bandmates Daniel Ames and Austin Summers.

• Two (2) drink tickets with the option to purchase additional beverages.

• Opportunity to network with an anticipated audience of over 400 business leaders and guests.

• Bringing a larger group? Corporate tables are available for $650 and include seating for (8), logo placement in the venue, and a mention from the podium during the presentation.

As an added bonus, the Boone Area Chamber has collaborated with local businesses to curate 3 Spirit of Boone-themed prize bundles. Tickets are $25 for one, or $100 for five, and you will be entered for a chance to win:

The Spirit of Boone Annual Membership Gathering serves as the Boone Area Chamber of Commerce's largest fundraiser of the year, enabling us to continue to advocate on behalf of over 750 members.
