The Boone Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to host our final Power Hour of 2023. Our Power Hour series is dedicated to providing chamber members with an efficient platform to share information with the High Country community.
Have you always wondered how commercial real estate in the High Country works? Join us on Thursday, December 7 for a special power hour with commercial real estate expert, James Milner, CCIM with Appalachian Commercial Real Estate as he discusses what has happened this year and what the market will look like in the year ahead. He will also discuss some strategies and considerations for those organizations that lease space as well as the commercial real estate appraisal process. There will be time for questions and discussion regarding the local market.
Doors open at 8:15 AM for networking and coffee provided by the Boone Area Chamber of Commerce.
The program will begin promptly at 8:30 AM.
The Power Hour series is free of charge.
