Amidst our recovery from Hurricane Helene, Los Arcoiris Mexican Grill is thrilled to bring a bit of brightness with the grand opening of Los Express Tacos Y Más—their new food truck serving up flavorful Mexican favorites!
Join us on Wednesday, October 23 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm to enjoy delicious food with remarks and a ribbon cutting at noon. This event will be held in the Boone Area Chamber of Commerce parking lot.
Even in tough times, our community stands strong. Let's savor tasty tacos, connect with our neighbors, and support each other as we rebuild and grow.
For over 30 years, Los Arcoiris has been serving delicious Mexican food to the High Country. In July of 2024, they decided to expand their services by opening Los Express Tacos Y Más, a Mexican food truck serving street tacos, grande burritos, quesadillas, ACP's, and more! Los Express is also available to book for special events or large gatherings.
You can find their truck on Mondays and Tuesdays at Peabody's Beer & Wine. Wednesday - Saturday, visit them in Vilas beside A Plus Realty. Follow Los Express on social media for updates and changes to their schedule.
