Emma Faulkner

Emma Faulkner began her work with the Boone Area Chamber of Commerce in January of 2021 as the Communications Intern. She then took on the more enhanced role of Content Manager in January 2022 and began her full-time status in January 2025. During her time at the Chamber, Emma has assisted with reception, event promotion and execution, and marketing. Faulkner has created several social media and newsletter campaigns and significantly increased the overall reach of the Chamber’s digital platforms. Emma is also involved with community organizations such as High Country Young Professionals, Watauga Housing Council, and STABLE Workplaces.

Emma is no stranger to the Chamber world. She spent a year interning for the Zebulon Chamber of Commerce from 2019-20. She also worked as a sales associate at a local boutique during her high school years. Emma graduated from Corinth-Holders High School in the spring of 2020 and moved to Boone, NC that fall. After taking a break from higher education amidst the pandemic, she is currently enrolled at Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute pursuing her Associates of Business amongst other marketing certifications.

Emma was sworn in as a North Carolina Public Notary in August 2021 for Watauga County where she currently resides.

A native of Zebulon, NC, now living in Boone, NC, Emma enjoys walks on the greenway, local coffee shops, thrifting and camping in her free time.
