Chuck Perry

Chuck Perry has over 30 years of history fostering a memorable and successful building experience. Homebuilding and teaching are what he loves. Chuck equally enjoys working with customers to make their vision a reality. Chuck lectures part-time at Appalachian State University and is a guest instructor for the NC Building Institute. He teaches Building Codes, Building Technologies, Building Mechanical Systems, Energy Efficiency and High Performance Building Practices. He is the past president for the High Country Homebuilders Association and a member of the state ad hoc committee to write the 2018 NC Energy Code. Chuck is an avid trail runner, hiker, mountain climber and lover of the outdoors.
