Emma Faulkner is a driven communicator and community advocate who currently serves as the Content Manager for the Boone Area Chamber of Commerce. She began her journey with the Chamber in January 2021 as a Communications Intern, taking on more responsibilities as the Content Manager in 2022 and transitioning to a full-time role in January 2025.
Throughout her time at the Chamber, Emma has made an impact through event promotion, marketing efforts, and content creation, increasing the Chamber’s digital reach. She is also actively engaged with several local organizations, including High Country Young Professionals, Watauga Housing Council, and STABLE Workplaces.
Emma's work is fueled by her passion for creating community and showcasing the people and businesses that make the High Country region thrive.
A native of Zebulon, NC and Corinth-Holders High School Graduate, Emma moved to Boone in in August 2020. After taking a break from higher education amidst the pandemic, she is now pursuing an Associate's in Business at Caldwell Community College, along with other marketing certifications.
Emma was sworn in as an NC Public Notary in 2021 for Watauga County.
When not in the office, Emma enjoys greenway walks, visiting coffee shops, thrifting, and camping.
