Purpose

To create guidelines and provide industry driven feedback relating to the Chamber's overall communication strategies.

Action Items

• Establish communication strategy for major Chamber events.

• Assist Chamber staff with implementation of social media guidelines.

• Provide feedback and data analysis on Chamber communication campaigns.

• Recommend brand guidelines and awareness strategy as part of the Chamber's strategic planning process.

Accomplishments

• Established procedures for Chamber to host press conferences to highlight major announcements on behalf of its members.

• Refined communication guidelines and Implemented strategic communication plan for Chamber public relations staff.
