One of Boone’s most unique and eclectic restaurants has completed a major expansion and is open to the public once again. Danny Bock of Coyote Kitchen discusses the project and it’s impact on the restaurant’s growing customer base on this week’s Mind Your Business, a weekly radio program produced in partnership between the Boone Area Chamber of Commerce and High Country Radio..
Coyote Kitchen partnered with local contract VPC Builders on the project, which includes expanded indoor seating, a renovated and expanded kitchen, and a fully covered outdoor patio. Bock said the project took a year of planning and once their new space was ready to blend into their existing footprint, the business was closed for around three weeks to complete the transition. Now that the restaurant is open, Coyote Kitchen is able to take advantage of numerous features that add to the customer experience as well as the operational aspects of the business.
