The Boone Area Chamber of Commerce is working with two local industry experts to present key points of recently passed tax legislation in a way that explains the impact on High Country businesses.
As part of their Financial Lunch & Learn series, First Citizens Bank and Johnson Price Sprinkle PA are set to present information targeted to fiscal decision-makers (CEO, CFO, business owners, top level-management). The presentation will take place, Tuesday, January 30th, from 11 am – 1 pm at the Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton in Boone
Johnson Price Sprinkle PA (JPS) accounting firm will provide a 90-minute presentation reviewing some important changes made in the new tax law, and their implications. First Citizens Bank will cover risk factors related to 401k as well as fiduciary responsibility of the plan owner.
Cost of the event is $10 for Chamber members and $15 for non-members. Lunch will be provided by Jimmy Johns Gourmet Sandwiches and special dietary requests can be made upon registration.
