New Downtown Boone restaurant My Pho featured on Mind Your Business

The Downtown Boone restaurant scene has a new member as My Pho moves toward opening their doors in early November. General Manager Keith Nelsen talks about the menu, what to expect from these  Vietnamese food staples, and the welcoming spirit of the Boone restaurant community on this episode of Mind Your Business, a weekly radio program produced in partnership between the Boone Area Chamber of Commerce and High Country Radio.

My Pho features a wide menu of soup, sandwiches, and infused tea that comes from traditional Vietnamese recipes. The staff at My Pho has worked to combine locally sourced goods when possible in their food supply chain, thus giving their authentic dishes a bit of High Country flare.
